2. Sourcing 10-20 Potential Manufacturers

3. Sourcing Report
• Minimum of 3 qualified manufacturers.
• Quotations of each manufacturer with further evaluation on
specification, lead times, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ),
background information and manufacturer analysis.

4. Negotiations
– Payment terms and deposit- Lead times- Price per unit- MOQ

5. Landed Quote
A full breakdown of FOB cost of goods, freight and other charges.

6. Factory Audit and Inspection
Further negotiation.
Factory Audit Report; Production line and factory evaluation.
£250 GBP per inspection*

7. Legal Contracts
• Legally binding sales contracts in Mainland China with the
manufacture including relevant clauses for specification, quality,
and delays.
• Sales and Purchase Orders.

8. Vendor Management
• Management of communication and payments.
• Order coordination.
