BTD” database, tradeshows and manufacture directories.

3. Sourcing Report
• Minimum of 3 qualified manufacturers.
• Quotations of each manufacturer with further evaluation on
specification, lead times, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ),
background information and manufacturer analysis.

4. Negotiations
– Payment terms and deposit- Lead times- Price per unit- MOQs

5. Landed Quote
A full breakdown of FOB cost of goods, freight and other charges.

6. Factory Audit and Inspection
Further negotiation.

manufacture including relevant clauses for specification, quality,
and delays.
